Q.
I don’t want to use Lulu as my
printer, will your eBook be helpful to me?
A. Although
the eBook is geared towards preparing the document file for upload at Lulu,
it is still an excellent self publishing resource. Most of the information
is applicable, regardless of where you ultimately decide to print your book.
Q. I don’t use Word 2007,
I use another word processor, so I don’t know if your eBook will be usefull.
A. Overall, information
in the book could be applicable to any word processor. There is one chapter
in the book which expressly gives a step by step formatting instructions
using Word 2007. Many of the students in my class did not have Word 2007,
yet they were still able to adapt the information to fit their word
processor.
Q. Does the book contain
marketing information.
A. No.
Q. Is your book simply a
re-write of the Lulu website?
A. No. For one thing,
Lulu does not give specific word processing formatting instructions.
We also give hints on using Lulu’s website, and make unbiased suggestions,
based on our experience. In some instances Lulu will offer services
for a fee. Sometimes we will suggest ways to get the same service for
free, or suggest alternatives. All online services have “glitches”, things
that can drive the user batty, until they figure out what the problem is.
We try to shed light on some of those “issues”, allowing you to learn by our
experiences.
Q. After
I buy the book, I might have questions. Can I contact you?
A. Yes, you can email us by
using the contact link on this page. Or you can go to
www.robeth.com and try the live chat
link. If I am online, I will be happy to try and answer your question.
Q. When I buy your eBook, how is it
delivered to me?
A. You will receive a link in an email. The file will
be in PDF format.
Q. How do I order your eBook?
A.
